The Hotel has 21 rooms all with private bathrooms. It also has solar hot water and solar photovoltaic panels keeping operational costs low. Nice rooms some with fireplaces, a few can have a kitchenette for those long-term rentals that happen every once in a while. Additional infrastructure to be noted: Large swimming pool large jacuzzi tennis court large laundry area. Excellent paved access from highway 142, very developed gardens and green zones.

Has been a major redo of all the Lakeview rooms. New paint, new bedding, new towels, new laundry baskets. Plus a real nice updating of the outside of the building
